Lauren Shelton

A self-proclaimed multi-tasker, Lauren has amassed 15 years of plate-spinning at VDT. Her project experience and staff efforts have shaped a well-rounded outlook on the profession and the world around her. Project credits include a variety of types: Multi-family housing - Vanderbilt Graduate Student Housing, CalPoly yakʔitʸutʸu dormitories, the Edison and Vue53 Apartments; Institutional - SAIC Student Center, Shedd Aquarium; and Hospitality - the Godfrey Hotel. At the office, she involves herself in mentoring and sustainability efforts as well as staffing and recruiting for the Chicago office. A mom to two young boys, Lauren relishes in wearing many hats in life and not just at work.
